Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when you buy anything from Wealthy Minded Fitness (“WMF”, “we”), including the 8-week programs and meal guides, custom workout and meal plans, training sessions and packages, and VIP services. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you’re buying

Digital programs and guides (such as the 8-week programs and meal guides) are PDF guides you download straight after payment. Custom plans are prepared for you by Coach Jordan after purchase. Sessions, packages and VIP services are in-person coaching, scheduled with Coach Jordan after purchase.

2. Your license: personal use only

All programs, plans, text, layouts and images belong to Wealthy Minded Fitness and are protected by copyright. When you buy a digital program or plan, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it, print it and use it for your own training.

You may not:

1. share, forward, email or give the file or your download link to anyone else;
2. resell, rent or sublicense it, or include it in a product, bundle or membership;
3. post or upload it, in whole or in part, to any website, social media, group chat, file-sharing service or online course;
4. copy, rebrand or adapt it to coach or train other people, in person or online;
5. remove the Wealthy Minded Fitness name or notices from it.

If you want to use WMF programming with a team, a group or your own clients, contact us about a separate license.

3. Delivery and your download link

After checkout you’re taken to a private download page, and Stripe emails your receipt. Save the file when you get it. If you lose access, text 404-819-2718 with the email you used at checkout and we’ll resend it. Your download link is for you alone; sharing it breaks these terms.

4. Refunds

Digital programs and guides: because they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged or won’t open, we’ll replace it, and we’ll refund any duplicate or mistaken charge.

Custom plans: refundable until Coach Jordan starts preparing your plan; final once work has begun.

Sessions, packages and VIP: refund, cancellation and expiry terms are confirmed with you before your first session. Ask about them on your free consultation.

5. Health and safety

WMF programs and meal guides are general fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Before starting any exercise or nutrition program, check with your doctor or a registered dietitian, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition or food allergies, take medication, or are pregnant or postpartum. Meal guide swaps are ideas, not allergy-safety guarantees: always check ingredient labels. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath and seek medical help if needed.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. By using a WMF program or plan without in-person supervision, you accept responsibility for choosing appropriate loads, using equipment safely and training within your ability.

6. Results

Results depend on your starting point, consistency, sleep, nutrition and other factors outside our control. Client results shown on our website are real and shared with permission, but they are not typical or guaranteed. No specific result is promised.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WMF and Coach Jordan Lodge aren’t liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of a program or plan, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

8. If these terms are broken

If you share, resell or post a WMF product, we may end your license without a refund, ask for the material to be taken down, and take further action to protect our work.

9. Privacy

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number, and use them only to deliver your purchase, schedule sessions and support you. We don’t sell your information.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
